In the complex and ever-changing world, how should individuals or business leaders face challenges and difficulties with peace of mind and wisdom? The I Ching, also known as the “Book of Changes”, is an ancient Chinese divination manual and book of wisdom that seeks to help its readers gain insights about the future. The ancient book supposedly details every possible change that a person can undergo in their lifespan. A wise business leader should be able to apply knowledge appropriately, sense what lies behind a situation, and find a way out of a dilemma. The I-Ching can be especially helpful in answering problems managers encounter in this era of uncertainty.

CUHK EMBA offers an elective course “I Ching and Leadership” for EMBA participants to learn how to apply the wisdom of the I Ching to solve challenges and difficulties in today’s business environment. The course introduces the basic concepts and philosophical thinkings of I Ching, and examines the relationships between I Ching and leadership wisdom. The course serves as a key for EMBA participants to open the door of I Ching.

This event will be conducted in Cantonese.
